Can you arrange to have my order sent as a gift?
We sure can! We provide a gift wrapping service for an additional price to make the perfect present for you which will impress your family and friends.
Are your toys safe for children?
Our first priority is to offer safety toys for your children. With Best Present you don’t need to be worried because we are very carefully to test our toys before selling them to you. More than that to protect your children our toys are painted in lead-free paint and no formaldehyde is used in their construction. Some of the toys will require adult supervision for smaller children less than 3 years old.
How do I make an order?
We have several different options for ordering:
• Online Order. You can place your order directly online at the Best Present www.bestpresent.co.uk
• Telephone Order. You can call 07852251075 or 07460358719 and we will take your order over the phone.
• Email Order You can email us your order to email@example.com. Please remember to include the details of the items you wish to purchase, your contact details, whether the item is a gift, and how you would prefer to pay for your order – by credit card or direct payment.
What if I have received a faulty or defective product?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can, so we can meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and take care of it promptly for you.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy! We hope you will enjoy our products and we are doing everything to ensure that you have all the shopping information and all the details about our products.
However, we understand that occasionally you might want to return goods to us. We therefore provide a no risk – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you’re not happy with our products, return them to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them.
Is your website secure for online shopping?
Here at Best Present we are committed to safe shopping. When purchasing with a credit card, we never see or store your credit card number. We do not store or record any credit card information at any stage in the transaction. Please contact us if you have any further questions on online security.
If your credit card has been declined, it may be because your bank now requires extra security for online purchases. Please contact your card-issuing bank to arrange your new 3D Secure Password.
